Lily's Story...
This is Lily!
Lily came to Sherry's Place Rescue when she was surrendered to a shelter because her owner was too ill to care for her. She is only a year old, and quite shy with new people. However, if you take the time to earn her trust, she is a total snuggle bunny! She is about 7 pounds, and our Vet team thinks she is a Papillon mix.
A very happy, playful dog, that beautiful tail is wagging most of the time. She has been spayed, her teeth taken care of, and is up to date on all of her vaccinations. She is good with other dogs, but would be fine as an only dog, with lots of love and attention. She is being fostered in Cherry Hill, NJ, and her adoption donation is $575.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily, a Newfield Papillon/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon/Chihuahua for sale in Newfield, or seeking a Papillon/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Newfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon/Chihuahua breeders who help with Papillon/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
