Libby is a 4 year old Border Collie mix. She is a sweet dog that is friendly with everyone she meets. She loves to be with people as well as other dogs. She is very smart and learns new commands quickly. She is crate trained and house broken. She seems eager to learn and loves to go for walks, but needs leash work as she pulls you instead of walking with you. She is current on her vaccines. However, Libby is not yet spayed as she tested positive for heartworm and is currently being treated. Once treatment is finished she will be spayed. Don't let this deter you from adopting this pretty girl as all costs associated with treatment is covered by the rescue.
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
