Where I came from…
I was brought to the shelter because my previous owner loved how cute I was as a puppy, but did not realize what they were getting into when it comes to raising a herding dog. I am a super active young man who is ready to find someone who can keep up!

My ideal home would include…
A family with the time and patience to help me adjust to new surroundings while teaching me the house rules, and getting me up to speed on when and where to use the bathroom.
A companion with breed experience, to help get the exercise and the mental stimulation I need so I can remain happy and calm, and not develop destructive behaviors.
I have not been around too many new people, so I would prefer to go home with respectful and confident children 10 years and up, who can be patient with me and give me a break once in a while.
My last companion did not spend much time working with me so all training is definitely needed. I am a very intelligent young man so teach me how to behave like the proper gentleman I know I can be!
I’m not good with cats or mature, less active dogs because of my herding breed instincts & my rambunctious puppy mentality.
