Diamond lights up when you approach her cage.  She wants out, she wants the freedom back, she wants to be part of a family again.  Diamond is a young adult between 1 and 5 yrs old, house trained and great on a leash. She loves the important things in life, her humans and her walks.  She loves to play, she loves to run.  She is loving and loyal.  She is a snuggler, a lover.  She was said to like the company of other dogs from her previous owner but now she seems to not like other dogs so much so for now, we’re going to say she needs to be the only dog in a home.  But that’s ok bc with Diamond, you won’t need anyone else!  She’s a gorgeous color and has a beautiful personality when around her humans. She just needs to find the perfect fit, a family willing to love her, give her daily walks or runs, treat her as a member of the family, provide a comfy home and safe place for her to rest her head.  Diamond is already spayed and ready to go!  Her id number is 1704-0046 and she’s waiting in a back kennel at the Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center, located at 341 S Birdneck Rd in Va Beach.  Please just ask to meet her and someone will bring her out. Thank you for considering adoption!
