My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome fella is Rocky and he was just given up by his owners because they no longer had the time to give him the attention he needed. Rocky will be 7 in October but he has the energy level of a much younger dog so he needs an outlet for that energy on a consistent basis. He is housebroken, has some obedience training and was lived with kids. He is really affectionate and bonds very tightly to his owners. Rocky did live with a small, female poodle mix so he has some social skills with other dogs but he has the bad habit of "mounting" other dogs out of excitement which doesn't sit too well with other dogs. He apparently displays some other bad habits like chewing, digging, and jumping short fences but we also feel they may be the result of not enough exercise of structure in his life.
