Mavie's Story...
**PLEASE READ TO THE END FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION.**

Pretty Mavie is 10 months old and weighs 7 lbs. Mavie is looking for a patient person to be her forever human. She isn't quite sure about everything that's going on around her in this new environment called "rescued" and will need time to come out of her shell. She is not a biter at all but will hide in a corner when scared. She just needs someone to love her and show her that she is safe and doesn't have to be scared anymore. Mavie should go to a home without small children.

If you would like to adopt Mavie, please fill out an application at www.TexasChihuahuaRescue.com. Her adoption fee, including transportation to PA with vetting paperwork, microchip registration to adopter, collar & harness, is $400.

Texas Chihuahua Rescue is based in San Antonio, Texas. All of our adoptable dogs are located in the San Antonio area. Additional photos and videos will be made available to potential adopters upon approval of our online adoption application. Transport arrangements will be made upon application approval and completion of the adoption agreement.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mavie, a Buffalo Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Buffalo, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
