Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This unusual looking beauty was thrown out, as we soon discovered, because she was pregnant. She showed up at a nice family’s house and they couldn’t bear to call animal control, so they asked us if we could take her into our rescue. She was a terrific young mother…she had her puppies, raised them and now she’s ready for a great new life of her own. Cocoa is good natured, happy, sweet and she loves people. The family that found her had older kids and they said she was great around them too. She is outgoing, fairly active and playful, so she will be a lot of fun for her new family. She likes other dogs, but she isn’t crazy about them and really likes doing her own thing, so it might be better if she were the only dog in the home. Cocoa is one year old and she is a great size, weighing 31 pounds. She been spayed, 4DX heartworm tested, microchipped, fecal tested, current on all vaccines, wormed and is on heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.
Cocoa is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted she will be transported to her pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and her fee does include transportation.
