Just as we are setting up for our Big Fix, one of our staff/foster’s walks in with what looks like a matted, emaciated, and very scared mess of a dog. We were slowly able to coax him out of his crate to sedate him so we could spend over an hour shaving the mats off just so this poor boy could have a face again. After a good bath, a nice meal, and some snuggle time with his foster, Yoda started coming out of his shell and quickly become the loving and fun pup he was meant to be! Yoda has been in foster care for the past few weeks and has made huge steps already. He is as playful as his foster pals, as cuddle-y as any shih tzu mix and as sweet as every rescue.
