If you or your kids ever remember reading Beverly Cleary books, you will recall a dog named Ribsy, a dog with energy and a love of life. For some reason, when you look at Riggs’ pictures, it triggers that memory. Ribsy loved to be involved in everything and Riggs with his high energy is like that. He is around three years of age and weighs about 35 pounds. Something about the way he looks at you with his friendly eyes (note the mascara) caught the attention of his rescuer and thus, was saved from a shelter. He is cute! He is a type of terrier mix with coloring of tan, yellow, and white. On his face and floppy ears it makes a perfect pattern. Don’t you love that nose, too? Riggs has been working on his house and leash training. He is crate trained. He will need a home with someone who has the time, desire, and energy to train and socialize him so he can become a wonderful lifelong companion. If you are interested in Riggs, please see below:
The fee for adoption is $450. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and transport fees.
