Charlotte is an almost five pound, 2 year old Chihuahua we pulled from the shelter in Rowlett. Charlotte was a scared and pregnant one week ago. Since that time, she had an unfortunate birth of one huge stillborn baby. Now she is healing and is on her way to being a permanent fixture in someone's lap. She has some skin issues that we're taking care of because of neglect and she will be getting spayed within the next week to 10 days. If you want Charlotte to be yours please fill out an application at this link http://www.dfwfgf.org/adoption-application.html.
