Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lily! This pretty girl was pulled from a kill shelter where she had been owner surrendered with 9 other dogs. All 10 appeared to be fairly well taken care of (not thin) but had not been to a vet, did have fleas and ticks, and were not fixed. All of the pups are now altered and fully vetted. We were grateful to learn that they are heart worm negative, and are now on prevention.
All of the pups have been initially shy at their foster home, but are coming around well. Dobby is one of the more adaptable and is already coming up to be petted and loved on. The prior owner who took them to the shelter said the dogs were Chihuahuas, but only one of them actually looked like a full or almost full Chihuahua. The others appear to be Rat Terrier or Jack Russell Terrier mixed with some Chihuahua.
If you think you might like to give this deserving pup a home, please visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download an application, or email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application. Adoption fee is $250, which includes spay, heart worm and parasite prevention, up-to-date vaccinations and microchip with lifetime registration.
