Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duncan is a 6 month old, 25 pound puppy. His mom was a small lab mix and his dad was a Yorkie. Fully grown Duncan should weigh less than 40 pounds. He does great with other dogs and cats.
Duncan spent the first 5 months of his life living in an outdoor pen with his brother Miagi before being owner surrendered. Right before he was surrendered, his owners brought home another puppy that had parvo. Since Duncan had never been to the vet and never been vaccinated he got parvo and was a sick little pup for a week.
Duncan had very little contact with humans as a puppy and was very scared in his foster home the first few days. He came out of his shell quickly, his foster doggie brothers are teaching him new things every day. Duncan would do best in a forever home with another dog. He quickly figured out that humans are great at cuddling and petting. Now that he loves people he doesn’t want to lose them he will follow you from room to room.
Duncan is house trained, up to date on vaccinations, and micro chipped. He still needs two more booster shots a month apart which an adopter will be responsible for. He will be neutered prior to completing an adoption. We want to give him a little time to recover from parvo before doing the surgery.
