Cookie was one of two homeless kitties rescued by a homeless couple. The couple was able to care for them for a couple years, but then realized that Cookie and her friend Oreo needed a more stable environment.   They wanted  Cookie  to have a home where she would be loved and cared for.  When they reached out for help Adopt A Stray took in both Cookie and her friend Oreo.  From her demeanor, it's obvious Cookie was loved.  This sweet friendly girl just need a chance to be loved by her forever family.

Cookie is a cutie.  She is especially talkative in the morning when she expects her water bowl to be changed with FRESH cool water.  She also knows her name and comes when called.  She enjoys a good back rub and sunning herself on the screened porch while watching the squirrels and birds.  She is still a little shy around other cats but loves getting up high and watching all their antics. Given a little more time, she may want to join in.

Cookie was born in 2015
