My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hunter! Hunter is a beautiful Catahoula or Aussie mix pup. He is about 14 weeks old. Hunter is such a sweet, happy boy. He is a friend to every foster puppy and loves everyone he meets. He has a quiet calm personality. He loes to play but likes to relax and snuggle also.

Hunter has such a beautiful face and a gorgeous coat. He has large bones and big feet. SUPER sweet and would not hurt a fly.
Hunter is working on his potty skills in his foster home and he is ready for his real HOME.

If you are interested in giving Hunter a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly (901)651-6322 with questions.

Hunter's adoption fee is $525 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), flea/tick prevention, heart worm prevention, vet examinations and does include the transport fee.

Hunter is living with a foster family in Tennessee. He will travel to his new family by professional pet transport. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to Chicago.

Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
