~BLIND~

Dixie was taken to a local kill shelter by her owners when she was no longer wanted. They said she didn't eat & all she did was sleep. Her medical workup proved that she was healthy. She has had a complete dental (5 teeth left) & she is spayed, UTD on shots, HW- and housebroken.

Dixie likes baths, egg salad sandwiches & laps.
Dixie dislikes hard kibble & moved furniture.

Dixie is blind & has some hearing issues so a fenced yard is REQUIRED to adopt her as well as a family experienced in the care of blind dogs.

All dogs are housed in foster homes & a appointment is REQUIRED to visit with them.

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

About Lost Fantasy Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are an all volunteer organization working with the rescue, adoption, and sanctuary of horses and farm animals. The dogs and cats we have come from either other rescue groups which have run out of room, high kill shelters on their "death day", or from private owners.

We are a 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax deductible and all monies raised go directly to the care of the animals in rescue.

We are a no kill facility but because we are a small group all our animals are held in foster homes until their forever family comes for them and appointments are necessary to visit with the animals in our care.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Because all our animals are kept in foster homes an appointment is necessary to visit with one of them. You can give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to have you come and meet your chosen animal.

Our Adoption Process...
