Brandon's Story...

Brandon is so happy to be an underdog and we are thrilled to welcome is boy to our family! At 38 lbs, he's the perfect size to join you on walks or when you curl up on the couch. Brandon is sweet, but shy and would likely do best in a calmer home. He was left at a boarding facility as a pup and spent several years in a kennel environment. He is enjoying the company of other dogs and has ignored the cats in his new foster home. He will need a little reassurance and patience as he learns what is expected of him as a loving companion, but watching this boy adjust so well is a joy for us. Can you help Brandon reach his full potential? He has such promise!

Contact us for more information!
Brandon is 4-5 years of age, neutered, vaccinated and chipped. He recently completed heartworm treatment and will need several weeks of low activity and a retest in several months.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandon, a Cool Ridge Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu for sale in Cool Ridge, or seeking a Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in Cool Ridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cool Ridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cool Ridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu breeders who help with Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cool Ridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
