My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the 84lb lump of big ole love - Bubba! This boy was found as a puppy with barely a hair on him. A man took him in and cared for him for two years at his workplace. After two years the boss said no more and Bubba found himself in rescue. He is a giant goober. He looks mastiff/pit mix with an under bite of a pug and longer hair on his neck and shoulders like a lab. I just couldn't come up with a name for all of that! He was kept inside the shop with a dog house so he knows to do his business outside. He lived with Sofia at the shop and now lives the P pups. He has no food aggression and gets along with other dogs. He also loves to play fetch. Dogs at the fence can be a challenge. Miraculously he was HW neg and totally healthy so this big lug is ready to go any time. Do you have the room for this boy? No small children as he does jump on you (we're working on that). Please note all dogs are located in San Antonio, TX. We advertise out of state due to the critical pet overpopulation problem here in the south. We use Rescue Road Trips to transport the dogs to your area. They are all up to date and come with a health certificate. The fee is $170 adoption and $185 transportation = $355.
