My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rowdy is also a 2 year old, male, but the polar opposite of Jinx. He looks like a medium to large size dog, a black lab face and coat and a docked tail. My guess he he is around 45lbs. He is very sweet and enjoys people and play. He doesn't like being alone and would benefit best in an environment where he is constantly around people or where he can reside with a higher energy companion dog. He's immensely curious about everything he runs across but also cautious. He has not been temp tested in a large number of scenarios and it takes him a while to warm up to new things. He has spent significant time with our personal female lab, with Jinx, and with our 12 yr old daughter. I have not witnessed any issues with his interactions so far.
I think that Rowdy would benefit greatly from a family that has a high activity lifestyle that will help him exert any unwanted energy or stress. This and basic training will also help give him a confidence boost. Extra stimuli that result from exercise, explorations, and engaging new people and pets, in moderation, will also benefit his overall well being.
This week he also goes to the doctor to be fully vetted.
