My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I don't pay attention to the ones who never cared Find your own direction 'cos there's sweetness in the air You will be the world to me and I will always be Dwelling in this happiness, your gift of purity Aahh, you and me will always be
You and me Forever be Eternally Will always be You and me - from 'You And Me' co written by Noel Hogan of The Cranberries
If ever a boy needed a 'you and me' it's our adorable lovable Hogan. Hogan is a 4 year old pure bred Red Doberman who now weighs a healthy 72 lbs. He was pulled into rescue from a high kill southern shelter in deplorable condition. He was found to be heartworm positive and was no more than a skeleton at 37 lbs. Thanks to the devotion and loving care of his foster family Hogan has made a full recovery. Hogan has gone through heartworm treatment and his rehab and he's a much happier boy. This handsome guy is already house and crate trained. He is great with other dogs and kids but he does not care for felines so he must go to a cat free home. His foster mom says he is a snuggle bug who lovingly snuggles up on the couch and peacefully sleeps on the bed with the youngster in the home. Hogan is a very affectionate boy with many typical Dobie behaviors. Our happy go lucky boy has come a long way in his recovery and healing from past abuses from ones who never cared. We believe he would do best with a seasoned Dobie parent and gentle leader willing to continue working with him in becoming the best boy he can be. Hogan is already neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, current on preventatives, and micro chipped. If you see a 'you and me' forever and eternally and you are willing to be the world to this loving soul then Hogan eagerly awaits the sweetness in the air to his forever home and family.
