Buster says HI and come see me! "I have been here a while but I found my MOJO after getting some special TLC from lots of volunteers.... and I decided to be a happy go lucky boy and be friendly to everyone"! I even love to go for walks and do great on a leash! I live with Sassy and Brady so will get along with other dogs as well! I was born around August of 2018 and still have lots of living and loving to do! I have a very pretty black slick coat and have black speckles in the white markings. I am mostly Black Lab and a little Heeler perhaps- a great combination. I am about 50 lbs and ready to go home with you!

About Texas Best Choices Animal Rescue

About Our Shelter...

We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 129 animals from our location, and adopted over 400 through off site adoption..

Donate to Our Shelter...

Find the Pay Pal Donate Button on our Petfinder page or Facebook page.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Weekends are preferred. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email to ask for directions and to make an appt.

Our Adoption Process...

We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically, will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. We want for each a loving home and to become part of a family. Every animal is up to date on shots and spay/neuter is required.
