Maggie's Story...
Hi friends! My name is Maggie, although I was hoping they'd name me Honey... I mean just LOOK at my beautiful, shiny coat! I'm a Pit/Lab mix, I weigh 20 lbs, for now, and I'm only about 4 months old. I'm a super sweet girl and I love everyone I meet! My favorite things to do outside are chase butterflies and roll around in the grass...and my favorite things to do inside include playing with cool toys and then curling up on the couch for a good movie. I will be seeing the vet on May 24th and that will complete my stay here...I'm ready for a place to call my own!

Act quickly to adopt Maggie. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Conway Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Conway, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Conway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conway paves the way for another one to be saved.
