Samantha's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Samantha's Story...
Samantha is about 11 weeks old. She was rescued with her brother from ACCT, a Philadelphia shelter,  just in the nick of time from euthanization. She is an absolute sweetheart, very loving and purrs all the time.  She gets along great with other cats and kittens. She has not been around my dog, but probably would be fine since she is very easy going. She is not a big fan of being held but she loves to play and be petted.

Samantha is spayed, litterbox trained, is up to date on vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. She is also microchipped!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Samantha, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
