Scarlet O'Hairy's Story...
Hi, my name's Scarlett O'Hairy! My siblings and I were found in a county park all alone with we were only 4 days old! We came to St. Francis and were bottle fed every 2 hours until we were big enough to eat on our own. Now i'm getting to be a big girl and looking for a family to love me forever and ever. Must Love Lap Kitties!! I love love love to lay in your lap and purrrrrr. I hope you like that too! My brother Hairy Pawter and I are pretty attached to each other, so maybe you would consider adopting a pair of fluffy fur babies like us! hope to meet you soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scarlet O'Hairy, a Tampa Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
