Shelby's Story...
This is Shelby.  She's 4 years old.
Shelby's family surrendered her.
Here is the story:
The family brought Shelby to the family vet to be euthanized, but the vet refused. Shelby has no medical issues. There was zero justification for this request. The family cannot handle 4 dogs anymore and wanted to let Shelby go. We don't know the whole story.
The vet kept Shelby and then contacted us to take her in with our rescue. We are so glad because Shelby is the kindest and most loving dog.
We are told her home environment was chaotic and unstable. She did not feel secure in this environment.
She has kind eyes.  Loves giving kisses.  Loves all
People. Like all of our dogs, Shelby will need a slow introduction to any furry family members. We adore her. She walks well on a lead. She is housebroken and up to date on all of her shots. Welcome Shelby, we will find you a home in which you will be loved, cared for and treated with kindness.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shelby, a San Juan Capistrano Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in San Juan Capistrano, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in San Juan Capistrano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Juan Capistrano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Juan Capistrano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Juan Capistrano paves the way for another one to be saved.
