My name is Stuart!

Corgi Dog for adoption in Lomita, California - Stuart

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Stuart's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, and not good with dogs.

Stuart's Story...
Stuart came in as a stray at the Orange County Animal Sheler in Orange, CA. He was just rescued and will be fostered in the Torrance area of Los Angeles County, CA. He is friendly and happy go lucky. He will be crate and housetrained as it appears he may have been an outside dog. He is neutered, current on his shots and has been microchipped. He should be good with other dogs but is not cat tested. He will be placed in an adult home or one with older children. He would benefit from obedience training. He is only one year old so is basically a juvenile ready to be taught the good doggie ABC's. Adoption process: homecheck, contract, trial period and followup visit with an adoption donation. Placement limited to CA. Contact Arleen at 310-326-2022 or email for a pre adoption application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stuart, a Lomita Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Lomita, or seeking a Corgi dog from a breeder in Lomita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lomita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lomita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lomita paves the way for another one to be saved.
