Casey's Story...
Hi! My name is Casey. I am a sweet little girl and I am just looking for my furever home! I was turned over to rescue by my owners--they couldn't handle all of us! I am about 8 weeks old (born around March 30, 2017), weigh about 3 pounds, and I love dogs, cats and kids. I am spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, dewormed, current with all vaccines and on flea and heartworm prevention. I am all ready to be adopted :) My adoption fee is $450, and covers all of my vetting, and includes transport if my new family lives in the northeast USA.
***I am currently being fostered in South Carolina and I can catch a ride up north to meet my new family***
Please email my rescue at daybeforetherainbow@gmail.com or visit daybeforetherainbow.com to get an adoption application! Thanks for checking me out!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Casey, a Newark Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Newark, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
