Maggie is an approximately 15-16 year old (but very spry) friendly smaller female cat (6 lbs). She is litterbox trained, friendly and very sweet natured. Shots are up to date. She has little experience around younger children but would probably be fine with older children once she warmed up to them. She gets along with male and female dominant cats so should be fine joining another cat household or would be okay in a single cat household. My husband and I had rescued a dog who was supposed to get along with cats, but unfortunately Keady and Maggie are too interesting for her and are viewed more as prey, so the cats currently live in the basement. She could do okay with a dog as long as the dog doesn't have a prey drive or they show little interest in cats (she got along fine with a previous dog). I am having to downsize after my husband's death last year and would prefer these cats go to a loving home where they can live out their days and continue to be loved as they deserve. She currently resides with Keady. Keady is featured in the background of the 1st photo. She does not need to be adopted with Keady as she would do fine by herself, she just loves attention.
