Mario's Story...
**Adoption Pending**

It's-a-me, Mario!!
Okay, so I'm not THAT Mario but I am cute and fun and will love to play games with you!
Mario is a four year old owner surrender that loves everyone he meets. The family that was taking care of him just didn't have enough time and energy with a baby at home and another one on the way to help him expend all his energy. Mario would thrive in a country home or one with a large fenced yard. He would do great with a fur sibling to run with but an energetic, active family would work too. He just loves to snuggle up on the couch and knows his basic commands. His leash manners have greatly improved since we introduced a halti.. Please let us know if you'd like an application for this sweet boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mario, a King City Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky for sale in King City, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky dog from a breeder in King City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in King City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a King City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in King City paves the way for another one to be saved.
