Bella's Story...
Hi, my name is Bella and I am not quite a year old yet. I like to play with other dogs and cats and I am very friendly.

Somebody found me running loose and took me to a veterinarian who told Safely Home Canine Rescue about me. They said I was very health and I weighed about 40 pounds. Now, a woman never likes to reveal her weight, but I will tell you! And, I really do need to fill out a bit more.

I like to be around people and other animals, I have a foster brother dog and a foster brother cat!

If you would like to find out more about me and how to meet and possibly adopt me, please keep reading:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Plainfield Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
