Hello Everyone,
My name is Payton. I am a good boy, and I need a good home. My former owners had me since I was a little pup. I am now 9 years old and needing a home. You see one day I went out of my yard to sniff around when the dog catcher drove by. Well you know how that goes. He called me over and being the good boy I am I trotted right on over to see what he needed. Next thing I know he took me for a drive....yes a drive to dog pound. My owners called the city and found me. They said that I was a good dog, never did anything wrong and never bothered anyone but they could not afford to pay the City's bail to get me out. . They told the people at the dog pound to put me to sleep because they could not pay.....and they meant the "forever sleep!" I sure was lucky that one of Ahimsa's foster families was able to take me into foster care while I wait for a good home. I'm a good boy, and I am house trained. I mind my own business and don't bother the other dogs. If you need a big nice dog like me I will forever be in your debt.

Once an application is received an approved a convenient time is set to meet and adopt the pet. Ahimsa Rescue Foundation is an all volunteer, foster-based rescue in Muldrow, OK. Our pets will be fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped before the adoption becomes final.
