Pinky's Story...
Hello, my name is Pinky and I'm around 2 years old. I was recently adopted but when my new family's old cat didn't like me then I had to go. This makes me very sad and I hope when I get a new home it will really be forever. I can be a little shy at first but I enjoy giving hugs and would love to find my forever home. I enjoy cat treats, maybe a little too much and love to sit on laps while we watch TV or read a good book. I'm hoping that you can give me a forever home and look forward to meeting the rest of the family. Why not adopt me today?

My adoption fee is only $85 and I'm already spayed, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, microchipped and up to date on my vaccines. If you have any questions about me,or if you would like to adopt me, please call ACT Spay / Neuter Clinic at 209-462-7729.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pinky, a Stockton Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Stockton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Stockton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Stockton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Stockton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Stockton paves the way for another one to be saved.
