My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Taylor is fostered in St. Louis and looking for his very own home!

Taylor loves everybody and will hop right over to introduce himself. This very outgoing kitty loves if you pick him up and put him on your lap, where he will melt into you and purr.

Taylor is loving towards people and cats (has not been introduced to dogs in his foster home). He will sit on you lap for hours, gazing up at you or watching what you are typing on your laptop.

Estimated to be around three years old, Taylor tests positive for FIV. Many people don't realize that FIV+ cats can live long and healthy lives. And it's very hard for other cats to catch unless they get into serious fights that involve biting. Since fights like that don't often happen, and Taylor is so cat-friendly, it's very unlikely he could ever be contagious to another cat.

Taylor came to us with three legs. He was living on the streets when a dog or coyote attacked him. Then a severe infection set in. By the time Taylor got to the rescue that initially helped him (Kitten Division), his leg had to be amputated to save his life.

Sweet Taylor really wants to be part of a family and settle in for years of snuggling. Could you love this affectionate guy who has been through so much?
