Meet Theodore one of our three new arrivals! CEBR was contacted by a breeder about three puppies that they needed to surrender because they couldn't sell them due to leg issues. We are very happy to get these three little chipmunks into our care and out of the mil. All three have front leg deformities and some hip issues that will need expensive medical treatment.
