LOVES TO PLAY: 2 years old / 14 lbs. Mostly Mutts adoption facility is open Mon-Sat. 11-4pm. Some of us are in foster homes so please call 770-272-6888 1st to find out if I’m available to meet during the week. I lost my home because my mom was having health problems and couldn’t keep me. I was overwhelmed and afraid at the shelter at first and a little loud as a result, but I’ve settled into a nice foster home now. I’m super-duper playful, very curious and puppy-ish too. Soft squeaky toys and little tennis balls are my favorite things to play with! I think I could play all day! I also love laps and being close to my family. I’m used to an at home family member and don’t think I would do well alone all day if you work outside the home. After I settle into my new home, which will be a little adjustment for me, I’ll be ready to be your partner in adventures! I love going for walks, am very good in the car and I think I may even enjoy a little water play too. I’m good with some dogs, we just need a little time to get to know each other, like I did in my foster home. Now I play a bit with one of the dogs I live with. I’m working on the command “sit” in my foster home and I do well with my potty manners on a good schedule. I figured out the doggie door and will also use potty pads. I really like my crate, and feel like it’s my comfort place, so I’d like one in my new home. I go in and out of it throughout the day and sleep well in it at night. I’m the kind of dog that will need an understanding family who will be patient and loving with me, giving me a little time to settle in and understanding that I may do a bark/screech while I’m adjusting. Older calm kids due to my sometimes-fearful behavior and because I haven’t been around kids. My foster mom says that I’m becoming a really great dog who is fun too! Energy level: 6-8. I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, neutered and my adoption fee is $275.00.
