Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Blue. I am an 18 month old little boy who is neutered and healthy with quite a story to tell. A little while ago I was dumped on the street in Hempstead, NY—I just walked around looking for food and water. Some people were not very nice to me, but that all changed when I happened upon a feeding station for feral cats. The feeding station was being tended to by a very nice man who took one look at me and knew I couldn’t survive much longer on the street. He knew just by looking at me that I had been through some harsh experiences—my eyes told the story, he said. This nice man became my foster dad. Foster dad took me to the vet’s office where I got my vaccinations, got neutered and in general got a clean bill of health, in spite of looking a bit bedraggled after having lived on the street and not getting enough food or love. All my energy had been spent just staying alive—I didn’t have any extra strength to clean myself. Now that I have lots of food and water, I have blossomed into the most handsome guy who takes pride in his appearance, but I am yearning to find my forever home. Personality wise, you will not find a better companion than me. I am smart, loveable, affectionate, playful and very, very easy going. I love to play, but will also be very content just to sit by your side while you read, nap, watch tv or cook. I will be your loyal, loving companion and will repay your kindness to me ten times over. I would love to have a second chance at happiness with you. Please call: 516-781-1267. Thank you.
