Misty's Story...
Hi! Aren’t I a cute little girl? My name is Misty, and I’m about 10 – 12 weeks young! I’m an Anatolian/Pyr mix, whatever that means, because I keep hearing my fosters tell me that. My brother and I were on a walkabout, and we decided to stop and visit some nice people, and they were so nice! They fed us, gave us some lovin’, and contacted this great rescue thingy, and now I’m with some wonderful fosters, and they have lots of pups I get to play and run with! I’m feeling like I’m part of their pack! I have wonderful markings, I know how to use a “doggie door”, I have great indoor manners, I love to chew on bones and squeaky toys; (I’m a puppy, what do you expect?) But I don’t chew on things I’m not supposed to. (That’s what bones and toys are for!) I am great with other pups, of all sizes, not sure about cats, and interested in the goats, but I think they are just funny looking pups! Kids are great; they can run and play with me. I sure hope you would like a pup like me, I’d LOVE to be part of your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Misty, a Kyle Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees for sale in Kyle, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees puppy from a breeder in Kyle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kyle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kyle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kyle paves the way for another one to be saved.
