Moto's Story...
Hi, I'm Moto and like the motorcycle I'm named after I am a purring machine! Some meanie put me in a construction dumpster filled with big concrete chunks and sharp metal and glass. Miraculously I survived the long, bumpy trip to the dump, and when the driver opened the truck gate I tumbled out! I couldn't use my back legs at first but everything is fine now. I'm a real survivor and I'm determined not to let my horrifying past affect me. I'm a happy, charming little girl who loves to run, jump and wrestle. Nothing wrong with my legs or spirit! My favorite thing to do is hang out and cuddle. I can sit in your lap or arms all day long. The only thing that makes me unhappy is not getting enough quality time with you. If you have time and room in your heart and lap, I will happily snuggle with you forever!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moto, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
