PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

Suzie is a thick waisted female pitty baby. She's around 3 years old but still so very much a puppy. She loves to play ball and go for walks and runs. Suzie even plays "flip bucket" down the hill in the backyard by herself and drags it back up the hill to do it all over again.

Suzie gets along with some dogs but has had issues with a female her same size. Males have been ok. Adopter MUST be willing to provide proper introductions and a firm home so that she can thrive in her environment.

Will be spayed before transport

About Adopt-A-Stray - NH

About Our Rescue Group...

Adopt-A-Stray was founded in Jan. 2010, by Kelley Prichard. Since then, it has grown to include a few wonderful volunteers who work very hard to help ensure that our pets are place in loving, forever homes. We are based in Alexander, AR, but we list all of our available pets in the northeast. We work with several different transporters to get our babies to their new homes in the northeast once they are adopted. The transporters we use most often are Got Orphans Transport (www.gotransporters.com) and Alpha Dog (www.alphadogtransport.com).All pets are given age appropriate vaccinations before they leave. Every pet is seen by our vet prior to transport. If you see a pet listed that interests you, please be sure to read the description thoroughly and inquire to the email address listed. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!
