Meet Poppet! Poppet is a Maltese puppy that was badly abused. She was kicked in the head so hard it caused brain damage. She was then dropped off at the shelter like a piece of garbage. Poppet was rescued by Noah’s Bark and is now living and recovering in a loving foster home. Poppet did not escape the abuse unharmed. She is blind due to the swelling in her head but is learning to play like the puppy she is. Poppet is also learning about toys and what it’s like to be loved. Poppet is a small dog and was born around November 25, 2016. This pretty girl is looking for a quiet house without children and stairs. Poppet is fine with cats and can live with a mellow dog. Poppet is a special girl looking for a special home. Is that special home with you?Our adoptions are restricted to residents of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Our adoption events are held at the Petco located at 24413 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA Saturdays from 12pm to 3pm. We do not show our dogs any other time.
