My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fritz is a handsome 3-year old male kitty who arrived at the HSOV on April 19, 2017 after he was found on County House Lane not far from our shelter.

Fritz had an injury when he as brought to our shelter, and he was examined by one of our wonderful local veterinarians on April 20th. The diagnosis was that Fritz had a fractured pelvis and would require at least two-weeks of quiet rest-and-relaxation time to allow the fracture to mend.

Fritz has a black-and-white short smooth coat, a long black tail, and an adorable face with a wide black stripe on the right-hand side of his nose/muzzle. Fritz has a calm, quiet disposition and is super friendly. He loves attention and loves to be loved.

Fritz ws given vaccinations, wormer, and Revolution flea treatment on April 19, 2017. He is a medium-sized kitty who weighs approximately 8 lbs. and is the purrfect size for a nice lap kitty :)

We were delighted when we had the opportunity to take updated photos of Fritz on May 30, 2017 as he was giving us his very best centerfold poses as though he was posing for Cat Fancy Magazine :) His fractured pelvis has healed nicely and he is walking well these days.

We plan to have Fritz neutered on June 7, 2017 (at no cost to his new family), and he is looking forward to finding a home where he will be loved, pampered, and spoiled. This sweet kitty has so much love to bestow upon some lucky person or family <3

Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation and also provide combo testing without charge to rescues/fosters.

Fritz was neutered on June 7, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 9.9 lbs. on that date.
