I adopted Cotton from the Washington County Animal Shelter as a puppy as he was the last in his litter and no one wanted him. He is a very sweet dog and would be your lap dog all day if you would let him. He will be four years old on 7-26-17. He has developed a habit of fence jumping and needs to either have a home in the country where he can roam, or have a 9 foot privacy fence. Due to unforseen family circumstances, I can't afford to replace my chain link fence for a 9 ft privacy fence. I will not force him to live in my garage as the summer months are starting and it is too hot for him to stay there, and I refuse to keep him on a chain, as I feel this is animal torture and he needs to run. I feel he is much better off with someone who can love and contain him as we also live by a busy highway. He is a mix breed, and our vet is not sure what he is. He is neutered and up to date on all shots.
