Bobbin's Story...
(adoption pending for Bobbin and Skittles!) We are 3 super sweet 10 week old boys that are looking for that forever home. We are special in the regards that we were pulled from a local shelter at 7 days old, eyes barely opened and no mom. We were not in the best shape as we had a bacterial infection that prevented us from absorbing any food. Things looked really grim but our foster mommy wouldn't give up on us. She bottled feed us many times a day, gave us our meds and then one day it all seemed to click and we began to thrive and there has been no looking back since then. Our names are Skittles, Bitsey and Bobbin. We are very social as most bottle babies are. Skittles is a beautiful blue tabby with equisite markings. He is always ready for a hearty romp with his siblings. Bitsey is a momma's boy. He has made up for his small stature by having a big heart. He is quite feisty but always finds time to cuddle on his foster mommy"s lap. Bobbin is a sleek black kitten that loves to play. We have overcome some very serious obstacles in our short lives and now we are ready to take on the world. Come visit us and see what wonderful personalities we have and how we can make your family complete.
Please apply online and ask my foster mom all about me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bobbin, a Richmond Bombay kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bombay for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Bombay kitten from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bombay breeders who help with Bombay rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
