My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sunflower (in CT) is about 3 years old. She and her daughter, Daffodil, had been living outside & then were being fed & allowed inside by someone who then passed away, so they came into the care of a rescue. Sunflower is very affectionate, loves head rubs, "kneads" you, the air, anything nearby while you give her love--making it seem like she must have been someone's pet at some point. Daffodil is a shy girl who feels more comfortable around her mama, so we're adopting them together.

Both mama & daughter are polydactyl (extra toes)! Sunflower has double thumbs--7 toes on each front paw!

She has been tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) & FeLV (feline leukemia virus) & found to be negative, and is already spayed.
