Rachael and her siblings were brought into the county shelter. They were so scared! All the barking dogs and commotion. HOPE rescued them and gave them a quiet, safe place to grow and be together. Rachael has been spayed, received age appropriate vaccines, tested for feline aids and feline leukemia, and microchipped.
