This wide-eyed angel was wandering alone in the country for some time before being brought to a shelter. She is a survivor; not a stranger to loneliness and sorrow. Chelsea is a diamond in the rough; a true gem who has already managed to capture everyone’s attention! She has a calm, but playful disposition. She is forgiving of the neglect she has suffered. Chelsea loves teasing all the boys and she never wants to come inside from the play yard.
