Comet is a a handsome and hopeful boy, who is smart and eager to learn. His expressions are that of a deep thinker, and he shows his sensitivity in his furrowed brow and cautious eyes. He will need a strong and firm leader, and one who is dedicated to working with him in training classes, to help him through some of his fearfulness and uncertainty. He will reward you with the innocent happiness he shows when he is feeling confident and secure, feelings that are sometimes taken for granted, but for Comet they are to be celebrated and encouraged, a tiny flame to be fanned gently so as not to blow it out. He plays well with most other dogs, doing best with those who enjoy playing rough and tumble like he does. He is crate trained, and is calm and relaxed in his "den", and he is treat motivated. In the right home, with the right training, Comet will shine. Serious and dedicated applicants only please, Comet will be worth all the hard work.
