Scruffy is believed to be a 2 year old, Terrier/ Schnauzer mix dog--that's just a guess. He was rescued from the Bay City animal control facility and is happy to be given a second chance. Scruffy is crate trained, calm and deserves a permanent home. Scruffy is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and on regular flea preventative.
