My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petra is a shy 3 year old Shepherd mix that was found as a stray in Coshocton County. She's now at Friendship hoping to find a home of her own. Petra is a smaller gal that is not aggressive at all but very timid. She'll need lots of patience and tender loving care. Petra loves cheese and enjoys human companionship as long as the human is sitting quietly and petting her. Older kids are recommended because younger noisy ones will frighten her. Docile dogs would probably be okay too. It's not known if she likes cats or not. Stop by and spend sometime with Petra. Maybe she'll be your next new best friend.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
