Meet Andy. This sweetie is a happy and friendly boy who was recently rescued by a good Samaritan as he was running down a lonely country road in SC. She reported him to the local shelter but no owner ever came forward to retrieve him. Their loss was our gain though as Andy is now hoping to find his forever home in the DC metro area. Please consider fostering or adopting him. He would like to come to town on June 24, so please apply today.
Andy is currently living with other dogs his size and doing well with them. If you are looking for a friendly little buddy, Andy may be your guy.

You can also help save dogs like this one by becoming a foster, providing a rescue dog with a temporary home and giving them the love and care they need until they are permanently adopted. Every person who fosters is directly responsible for saving the life of a dog, because we can only save as many dogs as we have foster families available to welcome them into their homes. If you think you might be interested in becoming a foster and want to learn more, please go to http://foster.ddbnova.org and fill out an application.
