Cameo (KNR)'s Story...
Can you see the pretty Cameo on her chest? This sweet girl is about 9 months old (Jan '14). She was part of a TNR job in Trenton but was purring and headbutting our volunteer from inside the trap so we just couldn't put her back outside. If you think you can give cute Cameo a good home, please fill out an application now! She can hardly wait to meet you! All of our cats are spayed or neutered and up to date on age appropriate vaccines before being put up for adoption. Go to http://www.trentoncats.org/adoptform.html to fill out an application for one or more of these cutie pies. Preference given to those willing to adopt in pairs. NOTE: Our cats are either in foster homes or retail adoption centers. If you are interested in meeting a specific kitty, please email TrentonCats@gmail.com. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cameo (KNR), a Trenton Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Trenton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Trenton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Trenton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Trenton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Trenton paves the way for another one to be saved.
